How do you keep your prices so low?

We manage our overheads very carefully and cut out any unnecessary costs.

 

How much is postage?

Within the UK postage is free. This is in stark contrast to many sites you may visit. Our low prices provide real savings and they are not eroded by shipping costs.

 

What is “Be a Sport, Take a Mate”?

In short we are trying to get more women to return to sport at any level. We feel that many women leave sport when they start work or have a family. We want to encourage sports club members to invite a friend along to training and get them involved.

 

Do you offer discounts to sports clubs?

Yes we happily provide sports clubs with unique discount codes for our site. All we ask is that they provide a link on their website to ours.

 

What is your returns policy?

We have a simple returns policy. Returns should be sent to us in new condition and unworn with the labels still attached. This should be done within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a refund or a replacement in a different size.

 

Why do you not put a phone number on the website?

We really are trying to keep overheads to a minimum so that we can pass on the maximum possible discount to you the end customer. As such we do not employ someone to answer the phone. You can contact us at info@activesportsbras.co.uk and we will gladly deal with any enquiries.
