Our aim is to despatch in stock goods the same day but failing that we aim to dispatch in stock goods within 48 hours, if any goods are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible and inform you of expected delivery, this will enable you to decide to wait for the goods, reorder or cancel. Should we need to order product from a supplier your delivery may take 7 working days.

Our returns policy is simple, if you are dissatisfied with the goods send them back within 21 days, all we require is that the goods are returned in "new" condition i.e., unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached. Please note our Free Returns and Free Exchanges policy applies to UK customers only. You are however required to pay for the postage involved in returning the items to Active Sports Bras Limited.
